Motiva USA is looking for women 22 years of age or older that plan to undergo Augmentation or Revision Augmentation with our FDA approved Motiva SmoothSilk^® Round (‘Round’) or SmoothSilk^® Round Ergonomix^® (‘Ergonomix^®’) Silicone Gel-Filled Breast Implants to participate in our Post Approval Study. 

The purpose of this study is to provide additional safety information on Motiva SmoothSilk^® Round (‘Round’) and SmoothSilk^® Round Ergonomix^® (‘Ergonomix^®’) Silicone Gel-Filled Breast Implants in women who are undergoing primary breast augmentation and revision breast augmentation.

To participate in this study, you must be:

• Female

• 22 years of age or older

• Undergoing either Breast Augmentation or Revision Augmentation with Motiva Breast implants or an aesthetic procedure other than breast implant surgery.

You will be asked to complete:

• An initial Health Survey

• An online Follow-Up Questionnaire annually for Years 1-10 to provide additional safety information.

The benefit of participating in this study is that the information learned from the study may help other women in the future and for each annual study questionnaire completed, you will receive $50 with an added bonus if you complete every annual questionnaire for the 10 years .
